Returns & Refunds

Our online returns policy is of 15 days. Exceeding 15 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

Items returned must be unused, in perfect condition in their original packaging.

We do not offer refunds; but you can exchange vs any other item from KIDDING.

Ideally we'd prefer you come to KIDDING to return an online purchase.

If this is not possible, we highly recommend you get in touch with us prior to sending back an item to return. You are kindly requested to pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
